Description   Omega AU-7 30/40A SPDT 12v Relay single pole-double throw (SPDT) relay is used in car security installations, primarily for interfacing with starter interrupt, door lock/unlock, and trunk release. Features Overview: This SPDT (single-pole, double throw) relay is a switch controlled by a voltage input instead of a mechanical action. By sending current through the relay, you can turn a device on or off without touching the device. The relay consists of two parts: the relay, which includes a 5-blade socket, and the 5-blade plug with 5 wires. Installation of a 30-amp fuse and fuse holder may be required near the battery connection.
